:) Hello all just wanted to tell you guys. that I bought the mednet pee pee pads. I wasted my money so I want you to know this,,, they leak, there thin, there crapy. I should have just stayed with the walmart ones. Patti and Holly :animal-pa

I made my own, but Little Bit, a member here, makes them for others, and people seem really happy with them. Joey likes the washable ones much better than the disposable ones, and they save you lots of money over time. Blue Sky Yorkies | Lots of Love in a Little Package

I use Pooch Pads. They are machine washable/durable/long lasting. I highly recommend them. poochpads.com

Don't buy any from ebay!!! I got burned!! I use attends human pads Drug Emporium. I am going to get washables.

Thanks for posting this. I was actually going to order some at the end of the week.

I have yet to find ones that really hold up at a decent price. Love the Nature's Miracle ones but they can get a bit expensive after a while.

I get mine from EZ whelp reclaimed pads they are less then 3 dollars and they are in great shape.. no need to buy the paper ones or 16 dollars to have extra fabric on them... they are great... Good luck like to help anywhere i can to save a dollar .,..

I've also purchased pee-pads from Mednet and their a waste b/c you can only use them once. It doesn't absorb very well and it's extremely thin. I like the pee-pads from Petsmart, it absorbs pretty well...it's called "Simple Solution".

As for the pee-pads from Mednet, I've decided that I could put it to good use with the Ugodog. Instead of using newspaper, I place the Mednet pee-pads underneath it. I've been training Orion on it and he's been doing well. As for Cassi, she's pretty stubborn and won't go on the Ugodog, she'll only go potty directly on the pee-pad.

I get my pee pads from this gal on e-bay . .she sells a box of 250 for $9.99 plus shipping which make sit about $40 or so depending on where you live . . . mine have never leaked and I bought 5 boxes since she offers a discount of buy 4 and get the 5th one free . . am now down to my last box and will definitely buy again from her . . .am not picky on the looks, I just want to make sure it works well for my 2 fluffs and they go through one every day . . . .:)

Wow, just one every day. With Ori and Cassi, we go through ~4 pee pads every day. Hopefully when the weather warms up, I can start taking them out for walks. As of now, they've been cooped up at home b/c Cassi hates the cold and Ori does not have all his shots yet.

well maybe 2 if you count the evenings :D . .actually during the day I leave a clean one and they actually don't use it until I or hubby gets home as that's when they decide to come out of their crate and pee :) . I think they just sleep all day long . . .both have their own small crate. They pee more when we are home . . oh I do have a pad in my bedroom which I change probably 2X a week only and 1 in my sewing room which I change about 3 X a week as well . . .:) so yes I do need a whole lot and have no time running to the store constantly nor hate to actually ran out because I forget to stock them hahahahaha. .so the 250/box works so well for me . . .it has been over a year since I last ordered . . .my daughter just got Parker and she got a box from her and is totally happy as well . . .

oh I forget that I typically change pads when theyv'e used them about 4-6 times depending on how much pee LOL

I ordered a washable pad call pishpad. I really like them. Tucker always tore the other pad to shreds and he can really shred these. I ordered mine on a roll that was 2 ft wide and 5 yards long and you cut it to the size you want. Tucker has a pinned off area that he goes to potty in and I have it lined with a pishpad that is the the size of the pin. about 2 ft by 4 ft. They do not leak at all and they wash great. I dont have to keep buying pads that he just shredded instead of peeing on.

Sass runs bac to pee pad aftr I get home also. I need to remembr & take her out in yard. I believ the washable pads can save us money!!

I usually change the pad when Cassi goes on it 2-3 times. I've tried holding out longer, but she ends up peeing on the floor. However, with the Ugodog I could leave it for the whole day and change it once. As of now, only Ori will go on the Ugodog. Cassi is one stubborn little girl. :rolleyes:

I've picked up the 150 count pee pads but it's Simple Solution. I got it at Petsmart when it was 20% off. I paid around $40 per box. I bought 5 boxes and I think I'm 1/3 way through my first box. I hope these last me for awhile. So I'm definitely paying more. :( Can you please give me the vendor name in which you purchase your pee pad?

I bought the 24" by 5 yard but I wish I had got the 36" by 5 yard. It is $40.00 difference in the price. I wanted to see how I liked them so I went with the cheaper. When I have to reorder I will get the wider one. When ever that will be. They wash right out and look brand new everytime. I think they are supposed to be guaranteed for like 300 washes.

I have started using the "101 Dalmation" brand that is sold at Kroger. You get 101 pads and they are roughly 25 bucks. I bought them to keep at my parents house since they were so cheap and we wouldn't be using them all the time, but liked them so well that I started using them at my house also. Harley typically only uses one or two pads a day, he also doesn't go much when he is home alone. The backing on these pads areo thin to use with my holder (they would just slide out) but I place them flat on the floor and have never had them leak through, and they absorb rather quickly. They are by far the best quality "discount" pad that I have seen.

I bought this brand and was impressed with the quality too. They are extra large, and I thought that would help, because Joey would only use a pad once, and I thought having a larger pad might help, it didn't though, so I switched to washables, just seem like too much waste on the environment, with my ultra fussy boy.

I don't even like the "walmart" brand. I have 4 dogs using them, and I only get mine from Drsfostersmith.com they may be a little more expensive, but, I only have to change them out twice a day, compared to about 6 or 7 of the walmart ones a day, which, like cheap dog food, ends up costing you more in the end

I picked up some puppy pads made by Hartz today while at the grocery store (Tom Thumb...Randalls or Safeway for those in other parts of the country) and I have to say I am quite impressed as compared to the others I have used over the past few weeks. I paid more for them because of where I bought them but I googled them and they are cheaper online. I will be using them until I find something even better. :)

Have you thought about litter box training your Yorkie? I was tired of piddle pads being torn up and all over the floor plus I was tired of buying them. I bought the Rascal Dog Litter Box. It was very affordable $70.00 and this included shipping and handling. and it is so easy to clean. I just wash the basin and the fake grass once a week and I put clean newspapers in every other day. My little one uses it like a champ.
