The perfect carrier...
 
So I've decided on which airline travel bag I'm getting for my little furbutt when he arrives but I have yet to come across a carrier that I love. I need something for everyday errands (bank, supermarket etc.), preferably pink/green or blue color. Any suggestions??

I really like it and it seems to be quite popular around here lately.
It comes in green, blue, and pink too. :D

Yeah it is pretty big, so if you have a very small dog they will have a lot of room, but for me, it doesn't feel too big to carry around. I guess it's different for different people. You could look at this thread http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...w-carrier.html

A lot of people post pictures in that thread ^^ that give you a better idea about how big it is. If you look through it there is one pic of someone holding it and it really shows you how big it's gonna be.

I have this carrier and I LOVE it! It's not too big for me but I love big bags. Franklin fits perfectly in it and he's about 8lbs.

What airline bag did you decide upon? I'm sorry I wasn't able to help with the sizes, the 'correct person' at Sherpa Pet, never did reply with the sizes on the pink one.

I think I'm just gonna take him in the everyday carrier (above) he's gonna be really tiny, and it fits the size requirements. It's okay about the Sherpa, I understand :) Thanks for even trying that was so sweet of you :D

ok so i also love the juicy carrier and hate to pay that price.
but ioffer.com (they specialize in wholesale items) hs the cutest knockoffs.
they are juicy couture carriers for about $40-$50.
i want one, but i just bought the coach carrier and i'm a little broke.

I got my carrier at Walmart and it is so cute. It even has a place for the seat belt to fit it so your baby is safe in the car. It was only 10 dollars!

Love this one, where did u find it? I just got the International Pup Carrier from dog.com, and test drove it today....love it :thumbup:. Yes its big, but my puppy doesnt seem to mind, and I do favor big bags, also, he's only 3 months and I really dont know how big he'll get.

I have these: my dog is 7 lb and 9 months old.

Alyson Bag Dog Carrier- Black

It was really roomy when he was 3 pounds but he fit perfect now. He loves to have the side open so his head can be out. The only thing I don't like about this that it is black. I think it is to hot for summer time.

I love this one because it is really roomy. If we go out to eat, we take this bag so Leo can lay down. I also took it on our first plane trip and he had plenty of room.

If money was no object I would by the LV carrier.

I also like the brighton pet carrier in black and red.

I REALLY love this carrier and I want it, but I went to the website and saw that it is wholesale only and the minimum order is 10. Do you have any idea where I can just get one of these?? Please help, I waaaaant it. :D

Oh and I checked on Ebay and they are like 100$ there...

It's not wholesale only! You can buy one for $50. :)

Seriously, I'm in if we could find 10 people to do it, I would do it. The wholesale price is such a great price compared to $50. I would pay the wholesale price but I mos tlikely won't buy it if I have to pay 50$.

Geeeeez, I just want it so bad though.

Well the price is technically the same, it's just you have to pay more shipping if you're only buying one. Does that make sense? It's $50 total - $20/bag $30 shipping, where as if you're buying multiple items - it's $20/bag but the shipping is $30 no matter how many you buy.

Alright, so, nevermind. I figured it out all by myself!! :bravo:

Call me impatient, I really wanted a carrier and so i just got it. I'll make sure to post pics with abbey in it once I get it!!

lemme know how it goes/what the bag is like cause I'm DYING to get one ;) But I gotta wait till I get paid on Friday lol I just bought a carrier! I have a feeling little Pancho's going to be more expensive than I thought :p

What carrier did you end up getting?? And, yes of course I will post pics I hope it comes soon bc I am very impatient...and a little worried about this purchase bc they said it ships from CHINA :eek: Hope everything goes good though.

And yes!! Yorkies are so expensive (all dogs are!). I spoil my baby. Whenever I go shopping, I end up buying her a bunch of stuff and me nothing. My paychecks used to be spent at the mall on clothes...now they end up at petsmart for more toys, treats...everything. Atleast this carrier is even split, it's a little for me, a little for her, I hope she likes it!
