| Humping...Hasn't started Ok, Ok, I know this is like my third thread...I just made it back here recently...please forgive me! Ok, a girlfriend of mine has a yorkiepoo that is almost a year old, he has been humping things for almost that long too, well, my little bux is 7 months and is still not neutuered (my boyfriend and I are quarreling over whether to do it or not) anyway, he hasn't started humping anything (not that I want him too!!!) but, I was just wondering at what age they start that and if you think he ever will?? I'm debating neutering him... thanks |

| He should be very close to the age when they start humping. My yorkie was actually only 5 months old when he started...Bux will eventually start humping if he's not neutered though. |

| Sami started at 8 weeks we were at my daughters friends house in san diego and she has a little girl yorkie( 9mo) we are planning to get them togeather as soon as sami is at least a year old, anyway he was attempting to hump her while we were there, she is a little thing I think she is around 5lbs? once we got home it stopped, until now (6mo) well he just started to do some serious hummping with his hump buddy! Im not sure about age as sami did have the the urge at 8 weeks. I thought it was strange and funny, I never had a little boy so I found it comical at that time and amazed. |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Trace is in hump a mania. He's 17 weeks old. He started much earlier but now it's worse. He's certain just as soon as he finds "someone, something" that says yes, he's gonna make some beautiful babies. He is being neutered, asap. I'll tell you what is worse than humping....marking their territory. Male dogs will mark inside and out. Neutering stops this. If your dog starts marking before neutering, sometimes it stops it and sometimes it doesn't.
