| Spaying my girls.. In September we are going to have Tilly and JJ spayed. When my mom spayed her Yorkie she was just miserable. How long does it usually take them to heal? We want to space them apart so they aren't both not feeling well at the same time. Thanks!

| They bounced back to normal the very next day. The day we picked up Hallee and Gracie I was just in tears because they looked so bad from the surgery. I hated that I had done that to them. I literally cried when we dropped them off at the vet and when we picked them up. I am sure the vet thought I was a basket case. They were not fixed at the same time because we had Gracie a year before Hallee. We sat with each of them all night while they layed on a pillow in our lap. The next morning it was like nothing ever happened. I was suprised out how quickly they bounced back.
