| First time in heat My yorkie Lacey has come in heat for the first time. She weighs around 4 pounds, and ive heard from several people that, yorkies that small often suffer from hypoglycemia problems during this time. Is there anything that I can do to make this easier on her?

| I'm not really sure what the normal age is, I know Lacey is a little over a year.

| Also i was wondering would it be safe for Lacey to be fixed, seeing as to how shes only 4lbs, wouldn't it be really hard on her. I was just wanting some opinions on this.
