| That is GREAT!! I started feeding Sheba Canidae in the morning but I have to mix in a fingernail sized bit of canned food to get her to even sniff it. She's very stubborn and at times I wonder if she would in fact starve herself if she doesn't get what she wants! But, now I have this problem. She's not chewing the kibble! She's just scarfing it all up! I'm wondering if I shouldn't move to something with a larger kibble that will force her to chew her food. I know that it's debatable as to whether they need dry food or not for their teeth but I would like to see her use her teeth for more than smiling! Any suggestions anyone? (She eats canned for dinner and kibble for breakfast. Sometimes she'll chew a few pieces but for the most part, swallows it whole) |
