Incontinence problem with 4yr female yorkie - YorkieTalk.com Forums

Olive is 4 years old and has, as I recall, over the last couple of years had accidents while sleeping just every now and then. But in the last several months, this problem has been getting more and more frequent. I took her to the vet and they gave her some antibotics. They also tested her for a thyroid problem (none found). The antibiotics didn't help because this is a reocurring problem.
She pees when she falls asleep most every day now. Sometimes even is she is just napping on your lap she will pee some. Sometimes its a large amount, but mostly smaller amounts of liquid.
I plan to take her to the vet, again, in the next day or two but wanted to see if anyone could give me advice on what procedures to ask for.

Bless her heart - I have no experience with it but I hope you can find some answers ...that or always have a towel in your lap.....good luck with your baby....
