				   | Hi guys! This may be a silly question, but I can't seem to find the answer. I have heard many of you feed your babies yogurt. What kind? I bought some Plain yogurt, is this good? I would hate to try it and her get sick from it. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks, Thea and Roxee |

				   | I dont know if i am right, but i think plain yogurt is the only kind they are suppose to eat because of the sugar content in the flavored yogurt.

Chloe loves the Horizon organics whole milk plain yogurt. OMG that stuff is good. I like to use it in Chicken Curry, but sometimes if I put a blop on her food, she loves it. She also likes flavored yogurt. Strawberry, blueberry, vanilla, etc... | |

				   | Flavored yogurt is okay, but the less artificial stuff, the better. I use Stoneyfield Organics and I alternate between the plain and the vanilla. Stoneyfield is the only brand I know of that has more than one culture (6 active ones) in it. Yogurt is really good for keeping their digestive tract healthy. Make sure to read the ingredient list, particularly if using low-fat. Never use fat-free as it contains artificial sweeteners.

				   | I give both my kids the Activia Vanilla as it has live cultures as well! They love the stuff and it is a "treat" for them!

| Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | I give mine flavored.....no artificial sweetners tho...my baby is hypo so I share my sugary things with him...(in small amounts) and I go for complex sugars not so much simple sugars. The fruit is good for them too!

| Donating YT 500 Club Member | I think that's going to depend on the brand. That's why I chose the Yo Baby! because it's organic. |

				   | You need to read the labels just to be safe, but most of the time low-fat does not have artificial sweeteners. I forgot to add that my girls get a heaping tablespoon of yogurt with their Missing Link for breakfast every morning!!!
