| The Goodlife recipe dog food Has anyone else tried this?, my hubby was on a hunt for a dry kibble that our highnesses would even acknowlegde and they love it!.. isnt that weird !? Its sold in target and the mars company makes it. ( i guess thats the candy bar company) . even though they like it im wondering its its doing any good, they seem fine and they free feed plus treats. it does mention corn and grains and i know those fillers. but they turn their noses at other better quality foods. http://goodliferecipe.com

| I've never met one of these little bugers that turned their noses up at "real" food. Not to mention it's much, much more healty for them. |

| i completely agree. i used to give them real food like steam rice and chicken breast and they love veggies especially carrots but then there is conflicting news on different vitamin needs so im at the point of not knowing what to do. They definatly do eat when its real food and growing up i had a yorkie who ate whatever we had and he was very healthy, never had any illnesses that some people claim dogs get with humane food. i also supplement their diet with nutracal.

No Longer a Member | I just posted a recipe I came up with on a homemade dogfood that meets the AAFCO requirements. Check out the thread titled My dog food project. I can definitely understand where you're coming from. The food thing has been an issue for us from the start. |
