Innova is POOP-tastic! So I decided to make the switch from Nutro Max Puppy to Innova Puppy (dry) and I gave Ceiba (and her brother, who we are doggysitting) some of the Innova mixed with the Nutro. I gave each 12 kibbles of Innova + the rest Nutro to make 1/4 cup for dinner. It took them less than 5 minutes to gobble it all up and Ceiba's brother, Ace farted SO loud - I took them both outside and INSTANT poop! They normally have to run around a bit after dinner to poo (20 min or so), but not yesterday!! I was laughing so hard b/c 1. I'd never heard a doggie fart and 2. I'd never seen them BOTH have to go so bad so quick! I'm so glad I only gave them a little bit of the Innova - guess that's why it's recommended you do a gradual change, huh? I hope they both adjust to it - they seemed to like it!

lol...that's way too funny. We're a huge Innova fan too, the dry stuff that is. We're staying away from all canned foods for now.

When I got TJ and Roxy they were fed Euk. I too made a slwo switch to Innova, but I didn't keep them on it for too long. Innova was way to RICH for TJ and Roxy and I knew from the size, smell and frequency of their poop that is probably was not the best choice for Roxy and TJ. I tried many dry foods and so far I am very happy with Canidae
