| change from wet to dry? I was just looking for some help. My babies eat only wet food, however they have dry food left down all day, but they only nibble a couple bites a day. I want to cut out wet food, it makes their breath stink, their beards sticky, and damages their teeth. So how do i change them over to dry, i know it will be a gradual process, but they aren't that fussed on it? Any thoughts or ideas are very much appreciated p.s-i think they think dry food isn't a meal, just to nibble at and play with! |

| What kind of dry food are you feeding them? They might just not like it! Try switching the brand of dry food.

| Yorkie7, I am having the same problem with Gracie. The vet said not to worry, as she is only 3 months old and may be too young for dry food. I know she has trouble chewing some of the hard treats. I just don't want her thinking that wet food is all there is! Today I bought some Iams sauce. She seems to like it on the wet food. I will try adding it to the dry and see what happens. Now, if they made a dry food in cheese flavor, I know Gracie would eat that!
