| Urination issues. I know it's hot, and she loves spending time (Chewie) in front of the door. She's on wet canned food since her DX of IBD and on kibble for 1 of her 3 meals (small) a day. But, I've noticed today she's gone six times on her pad in 8 hours. Because of it being dry, she's drank a bit more, but it's not excessive drinking. she'd be almost halfway down but is at halfway down. So, only a bit more than usual. I keep a close eye on her because in 2019 her kidneys were looked at on the u/s and shown to be older than her actual age. I'm calling the vet in the morning, but I needed to know what excessive urination is for our guys. Her last blood work showed after a bout of her IBD (some runny poop in a for about 24 hours, soft runny, not fully unformed) happened to be at her yearly she was very slightly like a minute amount of dehydration. Considering the runny poop, it didn't bother the Vet or me. That was four months ago. Thank you. |

| If she's peeing a lot but not drinking a lot of water she may have UTI, I would have the vet check her out. Let us know how you make out at the vet.

| I think it is different for different dogs. If it seems more to you and you know her better then anyone then I would go ahead and have it checked out since she has had kidney issues before.
