Thank you. I do worry about the protein & fat. He's so very picky. I've tried lots of low fat, low protein foods. Merrick, neuti source, etc. he will eat one time then turn his nose up. Little turd 💩 Ha!

I bought "Northwest Naturals" freeze dried raw diet. Made in USA all natural.
Been about a week and he loves it.
I only worry about not enough moisture in it. So I'm still sneaking in his Fromm
I pray nothing is wrong with this raw food.
I am not talented enough to make complete raw food. There is a lot of science behind raw and ingredients have to be exact.
do you feed the freeze dried dry or do you wet it? I think most suggest soaking in water for a few mins & waiting to absorb it prior to feeding.

I tried to put a little water in it at first. He wouldn't eat it Ugh! Then I tried adding goat milk, wouldn't eat it.
He eats it dry, Ugh!
So now before I give him a chunk I quickly put it under running water from the faucet. He will eat it.
Oh, what to do??

Yes, you got that right. We had steak the other day. Put a small piece under his nose, he walked away.

LOL, they're such little divas.

Now my Jackson on the other hand, is a foodie! He loooovesss to eat. He's picky in a way- like he certainly doesn't eat any fruit or veggies or things like that. And he doesn't like many crunchy-style dog treats. But everything else is fair game. He would do anything for a little tiny piece of chicken.

I definitely know the struggle. I've tried to find things Lilly, my dads dog, will eat and just when I think I found something, she decides she does not like it anymore. The only thing she seemed to enjoy was the Stella and Chewy's freeze dried as well. But i only bought a tiny bag and my dad never purchased more for her.
