| Loosing appetite on trip Addie and Raider, our 2 1/2 yr old Yorkies are loosing their appetites. We have been feeding them Orijen Regional Red since they were a year old. Raider has always gobbled anything put in front of him and some things that weren't! Addie is a little more finicky. We have been traveling for 3 weeks and for the last 2 days neither of them wants to eat. We have been giving them a scrambled egg and some High Calorie Nutritional Gel to supplement their diet. We had some fried bacon left over from last night and Joan made a little broth from the bacon to put on the kibble. Addie ate about half of her kibble and Raider ate all of his which he later threw up most of it. What should we do? We've been staying in RV parks and thought they might have picked up something. We try to keep them out of the fenced in potty areas. While we were in Moab for a week, we took them to the visitor center several times a day. What should we do. |

| Others may have more experience than I do, it when my pup loses her appetite and any vomiting happens I go to plain rice and boiled chicken and maybe a little cottage cheese. If they are vomiting I don't push the whole food thing, give their tummy a chance to settle down. I am sure others will help, but if it gets any worse it might be a good idea to seek a vet. Good luck!

| Bacon isn't good for them and anything high in fat could cause issues. Some times traveling can stress them out. Mine doesn't eat that great when we have traveled in the past.
