| When to introduce dry dog food? We decided to keep little Max and hope the heart murmur isn't a issue. He wants to eat my shiz tzu dry food. I have Nutrasource dry the pet store said he was on and it's tiny kibble. Is that ok even though all of his teeth are not in yet? I free feed my other dogs with the dry and they get breakfast and dinner wet food. This little guy gets all he wants in wet but someday hoping to get him on a regular meal schedule too. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Yes, you can try dry with him. At his age, you probably should either free freed or feed 4-6x a day. It's awesome that he's a good eater - that's a biggie.
