Puppy cold? Today my dad dropped a vanilla wafer and let my 6lb baby consume the entire cookie. About a half hour later I found two large piles of throw up bigger than I thought was possible from her little tummy. Poor thing, needless to say he got an earful for letting her have the cookie. What concerned me more was one of these piles was mixed in what looked like a huge wade of white slimy mucus. So my question is do dogs catch colds like us where flem builds in our throats? If so do they just get over the cold over time or is this something that a vet must treat with a prescription? |
I don't think it a cold but stomach bile. I know rich food can cause colitis and pacreatitus which are very serious. Here are a couple of threads. If your baby continues to throw up I would take them to a Vet to be sure. I hope they are feeling better soon. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sic...-vomiting.html http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sic...my-foam-m.html |
I agree, if the vomiting continues, off to the vet. Hope your baby feels better soon! |
