Using a conditioner following a people shampoo will negate the pH issues, and if people product is all that is on hand, it would be okay just to remove any residues from the groomer's products. But if the bath doesn't help, I'd get him to a vet dermatologist as the others have suggested. Benadryl is just a band aid at this point. |
