|  Performatrin?? Has anyone ever tried performatrin small bites for their babies? I went to pet valu seeking a grain free chicken free food for Syla, and they recommended it. |

| I don't feed kibble to my dogs, but one of my best friends has 5 dogs and feeds them all performatrin from puppydome all the way up, he really likes it |

| I feed Performatrin Ultra Grain Free. My Lab eats the large sized kibble & my little ones would always try to sneak the kibble out of his bowl. I eventually broke down & bought them a bag of the Small Bites. I have one super duper finicky eater & he'll actually eat the Performatrin. Alone. No toppers. I feed raw, but keep a small bowl of kibble out for them to nibble on during the day. So it isn't their exclusive food. But it's a great supplement to their diet & they do really well with it. The company claims that 85% of the food's protein is from meat...the first 4 ingredients are meat protein. I haven't really researched the ingredients extensively, but I suppose that makes me feel better than feeding something so pea heavy. My Lab's main diet is Performatrin Ultra Grain Free. He does GREAT with it. Nice solid poopies, shiny coat, no gas (an issue for him) & it keeps him lean. Hope that helps

| Pet Valu will ALWAYS recommend Performatrin because it's their food, lol. BUT, it's actually a good food, and I haven't read anything bad about it.

| Just another food to add to the mix. No AAFCO seal that I see, no vet nutritionist, no apparent research, holistic marketing claims. I'd skip it.
