Ok I messed up with the pictures. :/ here is a non graphic picture of Blue. :) sorry!

Thank you. :) I am happy he did good. I pray that it is going to be the last surgery he will need. I never used the YT via phone and somehow messed up with the pictures. Is there YT app? I don't like to use the mobile feature website.

That's too bad there is no app for this wonderful forum. :'(

Blue kept wanting to lick on his front leg where the IV needle was inserted so I applied the witch hazel on the area & it helped to soothe his skin. I had to leave for a couple hours (work) & I did not want to take him with me. I have the video monitor to keep eye on him. I just love that I am able to view the video monitor on phone when I am away from the house. Here is a shot capture of Blue trying to sleep with the e-collar. I know I should have gotten the kiss e collar I kept forgetting to order one.

Poor little Blue. Hope he is feeling well in the not too distant future and that this is the last surgery he needs.

That little guy is a trooper. What I miss the most is him being playful. He hasn't been playful in a while. I hope the old Blue comes back so I can enjoy playing with him. :)

Oh no, I am sorry to hear that. :( I definitely will keep you guys posted on his progress with the pictures.
Glad it went well. Remember unless you are holding him he needs to be confined or that could mess the whole thing up. I have only heard of dogs having to get the surgery again when they had there regular vet do it instead of an orthopedic surgeon but I'm sure there are other cases like getting to active during the 8 week crate rest period.

Just reading about Blue. Hope he begins to feel better very soon and in time no doubt he will be back to his normal self. The first two or three days can be pretty rough. Get well, little guy - get well very soon. Can't wait to read when you are feeling good again.
