| Devastated -Twinkie got most of her teeth pulled! Twinkie is 8 years old and had all but 2 teeth pulled. She had regular dentals but just had bad teeth. She must have soft food from now on. The vet suggested softening her food. Anyone have any other suggestions? I feel like a horrible mommy. Pam |

| I am so sorry that this happened// nature's variety has medallions which are all organic// you keep them in the freezer and just take out what she will eat in a day the night before// that's what I have to do for my 15 yr old JRT |

| I am very sorry for Twinkie. Genetics play a large part no matter how much preventative care is done. I don't have an soft food suggestions.

| Don't feel bad! Like Maximo said, genetics plays a big part in teeth. If you want her to continue with kibble, try soaking her kibble in water overnight. My pups actually prefer it that way. You could also start home cooking for her. Good luck!!
