Puppy Food? Destiny's babies are 9 weeks and I can't find a good quality food that they like. Have bought Wellness, Merrick, and less quality Science Diet no luck. The biggest baby likes to nibble on our Laps food Pedigree. Is there a quality puppy food that fur-babies actually like? Thank you and Blessings

I give my 10 m/o pup grain-free Fromm (we have tried the beef frittata and are currently on a bag of the game bird recipe). The kibbles are also itty bitty. Acana is an excellent choice as well although the kibbles can be kinda on the big side. I have also had a lot of success with Blue Buffalo Wilderness which my sister's yorkie and my parents' beagle are on. You don't necessarily need to feed a puppy formula but you should try to pick formulas that reflect the same ratios of protein/fat/etc that you'd find in puppy formulas.

I am having the same problem, my yorkie will not eat the wellness or 4 health puppy food, but will gobble up my boxers Pedigree when he sneaks off from me on our potty breaks! Must be something in the Pedigree that they like!

I am starting to think they are like most human-kids and just don't like healthy food. There has to be a quality food that taste good to them also! But it is too costly to keep trying each of them.

I wean my babies from momma using Royal Canin Starter soaked in warm Goats milk...they love it. By the time they are 12 weeks old, they have graduated to Puppy kibble from RC....

I had mommy on Royal Canin starter then mouse for the babies then later Royal Canin starter but the babies did not take to it ether. Have not tried RC, does your take to it ok? I did put some olive oil on the Merrick food and they ate some, still looking for one they will like that is good for them.

| You can usually get free samples from the manufacturers and/or from the small pet food stores.
