Thank God that all went well with the surgery....I have been checking back all day to see how Zhoie was doing. I am still sending hugs and prayers for Zhoie to continue healing.

Zhoie has captured all of our hearts, and I am so grateful that she came through the surgery. Please know how much we care about you and your baby, Tena.

Our girl is recovering!!! Thank you Jesus
 
Our circle of prayers was answered! Zhoie came through surgery and is doing well. It was the longest 6 hrs of waiting but the joy of the doctors phone was unimagineable.
Dr. Crook said she did amazing with theanesthesia and everything with the procedure went as planned.
She is one a consent drip to keep her out of pain tonight, they will ween off in the morning and then do a neuro exam. She said she could say, she saw her move all her limbs and she doesn't anticipate any problems.
She will have to nurses with her through the night and the intensive care doc is at the end of the room in ICU, a slight call away.

As I type this...my face is covered with tears of joy!

I realize we have a long road to go down...please keep your prayers for continued recovery coming.

My girl says..thank you all for holding on to her with your strength of pray. My heart is just overflowing. I wish you all could be there with me when I hold my baby in my arms again! I'll give her kisses from each and everyone of you!

Oh, Tena crying tears of joy with you as well! Thank you Lord and to Zhoie's guardian angel for working overtime. Huge hugs to you and Pat and light tiny kisses to our precious little princess. Be sure to get some rest for when you get to see her again as we know she loves you so that she'll be worried if her Mommy's not herself :D

Oh Thank God ! It couldn't have turned out any other way. Tena , the next time you see Miss Zhoies Doctors & Nurses you need to give them ALL a Huge HUG from all of us & give Zhoie gentle kisses from all of us. I will be praying now for her to have a speedy & uneventful recovery.

My heart was racing as I read through the last few pages, I am soooooo happy she came out okay! That is the important thing!! I just can't even imagine how incredibly stressed, worried and distraught you were/are. I am still thinking of you and will pray for you and sweet Zhoie tonight!

Tena, I'm so relieved to hear that surgery went well and she is now recovering. I know it's going to be a long road, but once you have her home she will have the best nurse in the world.:) Sending continued prayers for your darling little girl.

So glad she is doing so well! We will keep praying! My daughter Eva prayed again for Zhoie tonight at bedtime. All on her own...my husband just told me about it. Eva is a little prayer warrior!

Tena my face is covered with those same tears !!! Thank you Jesus for all the answered prayers. I will keep you all in my constant prayers for a good recovery now.

Called to see how Zhoie was this morning as soon as my feet hit the floor. She had an uneventful night and rested well.
I will be anxious to get the call from Dr. Crook after her neuro exam, should be later this morning. I will let everyone know when I hear from her.
