| Question - Leo's Cookies I found the recipe for Leo's cookies today in the "Homemade Yorkie Recipes" thread. I made these tonight and Maddie seemed to really enjoy them! I am wanting to make sure I did it correctly though. I wasn't sure how thick they needed to be rolled out before cutting. I started with thin and then realized that they probably should be thicker since the recipe said it made 2-1/2 dozen cookies. Could someone tell me about how thick that you make these? Also, how soft should they be after baking? Some of the thicker ones had "give" to them in the middle, but the thinner ones were pretty crispy. I am not sure what the correct texture is. Anyways, any tips or suggestions would be great! As I said, Maddie sure seemed to enjoy them! |
