Elk antlers natural dog chews

I went to a dog show and purchase from this people: Elk Antlers elk chews natural dog chew the store 4 dogs
elk antlers, I did some goggle on it and only find good things, I guess some people use it for aggressive chewers, and I was wonder if any of you have any experience with this? thanks in advance

My dogs don't want anything to do with them and they aren't cheap! The want their bully sticks and himalayan chews!

I got a complimentary one from a pet boutique, but Prince sniffed at it and walked away.

I bought 2 of them for my guys and they were not that interested, then i bought one that was open and flat the others I bought were the top part and round so they had zero inerest. The open one they both love and been chewing forever and cant even tell, they say its a great thing for them to chew on.

I bought some to see if I wanted to stock them to sell off my site, but none of my dogs wanted anything to do with them. So, I havent invested in them. I would be interested to know if other Yorkies are the same way with them.

If you don't isn't interested in the whole antler you can either soak it in chicken broth or have them cut in half.

Let me know how your babies like them. Mine has delicate stomach so I try not to let him have too much treats. The problem with himalayan chews is that he can get through about half of it in about an hour. Bully sticks looks like they will stain carpet or get floor dirty. I have been trying to find another natural chew. Someone told me the antlers might be too hard and may break teeth. That's the only reason I have not try them yet. I am very interested in knowing how these works out for you, especially since many previous posts suggest that yorkies do not like them. Thanks!

Elk Antlers? I mention Hog Tusks and I get jumped on! Just kidding. Never tried them. Either have my dogs.

Keoki loves his but he's not really an aggressive chewer He treats it like a bone- I like them because they don't splinter or fall apart like a rawhide so your furbaby won't choke

i've seen em and i hear they are quite great. we have deer antlers for our pups. we love em' here. of course they prefer bullies, but they like the harder stuff now and then too.

My 2 yorkies really like them. They are not cheap, but they last a long time, and no choking worries

Same with Bridget - and normally she'd chew on anything....shoes, dressers, fingers, my cats ears....but not the antlers!

One of Levi's fur-cousins loves these antlers, so he's chewed on a couple and seems pretty interested...but he's WAYYY more into bully sticks. He seemed to enjoy the antlers, but may have been interested in them mainly because he knows they aren't his!
