| Anyone like Science Diet rd for weight loss? The vet said Lulu needs to lose a little weight. He suggested feeding her Hills Science Diet rd for weight loss. Was wondering if anyone feeds this to their dog and if they like it? |

| Personally, I don't feel a vet prescribed food is necessary simply for weight loss. All you have to do is cut back on a different kind of food, or find a weight loss food (Wellness Core Reduced Fat comes to mind). I wouldn't be advising this if it was for a more serious issue, but for weight loss, I definitely wouldn't feed SD. Just my opinion!
