Even though Cesears isn't considered "the best" by some YT members--since your dog likes it--they do have a Puppy version, it has a light pink label....not all stores carry it with the adult food, so maybe that's why you haven't seen it...but I know Walmart does for sure, for .75 cents each--you maye want get several of those, and keep them in stock incase you run out of food again...... |

Just my opinion. To the OP, I am glad your baby enjoyed the carrots so much and that your mom was able to go shopping this morning and get your furbaby food. I feel your post and concern is quite responsible for a 14 yr old and I am quite impressed. And I must agree...puree those green beans and carrots and your furbaby will inhale them! Also, do you keep a kibble on hand for the puppy? Best of luck!! :) |
Yes, I wasn't trying to be critical about Cesar dog food, just stating a fact that might influence the OP's choices in the future. We all want what's best for our pups. I'm not a food evangelist, and I feed my dog kibble (Halo). However, it's simply a fact that most cheap commercial dog foods are coated with grease, and that's why dogs gobble them up. Thor LOVES cheap dog food, he literally dances for it at a nearby store where they give it to him as a treat. If the OP or anyone else is curious, there are some great dog food ranking websites out there. There's a sticky in the Health & Wellness section. |
Just as McDonald's (fast food period) is unhealthy for humans--some people buy it at times when they may be low on funds/have no other options. If her dog is a picky eater, likes ceasers, and she is ever in the situation on being low on cash/with no dog food again--I was just suggesting she have some stored away incase. Hopefully it won't happen again though. Not knocking anyone in particular--I've read on YT previously that Cesear's was not a choice food. That's why I wrote what I did. |
If there is no food in the house, what are YOU eating? I hope your Mom can get some groceries & dog food so the whole family isn't going hungry. |
