| Purina-En Gastroenteric formula food Anyone ever use or currently use this brand of food? Just wondering I had some problems with my first Yorkie having Many loos stools many times a day and this food seemed to cure it. My little 4 month old girl yorkie same thing loose stools many a day until I started this food then it really firmed them up just wonder if it's good for them .I buy it at the vets office . She's such a smart little girl and is basically already potty pad trained just want to know I'm giving her food thats good for her. |

| While prescription food has its place, it tends to be overused. It may be that giving this type of food for a few days clears things up and then a transition can be made to something else. I'd try other brands before I'd leave a four month old on this. Puppy food would probably be in her best interest unless the problem can't be fixed on something else.
