A friend of mine has a similar reaction after a breast biopsy and you can just imagine how painful to have this kind of damage to such tender tissue under a breast...definitely made for an awful time of healing and trying to keep that area dry & aired out. |
oh your poor baby. thank you for posting this. it's helpful for me because i'm thinking of getting my baby spayed as well. your post will help prevent other yorkies from suffering anything similar. i would have cried as well, sigh - this hurts me just looking at the pictures! |
so glad she is doing much better! |

Update of Sugar 1 Attachment(s) I snapped this pic today, the little "black dots" are actually dried blood. I'm thinking to give her a bath today or tomorrow...she didn't shower for more than 14 days, but right now I'm thinking if it's OK to give her a shower now... |
big cut I used to work in a recovery room after the pets would come out of surgery and I have NEVER seen a cut that long usually its only a TINY little line for a spay maybe 3 stitches to close. am i the only one seeing this? |
I'm just now seeing this. I am so sorry your little one had to go through this. It's good to hear (and see) that she is doing much better. |
Poor baby! I am so happy to read she is doing better. I know are are relieved and feeling better too! |

1 Attachment(s) The photo earlier wasn't the exact condition, photo taken under daylight is so different from indoor under fluorescent light. Just in case some of you may wonder :) |
Glad to see she is healing well. |
