| Wet nose Today I noticed that Jaspers nose was more wet than usual. I've been keeping an eye on it and now it's running. He doesn't have a cough or sneeze though. What might that be from? Any ideas? |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Good idea to keep an eye on it, like you said...as dogs' noses don't really "run/drip" like humans do easily. It's good (I guess) that he's not sneezing over and over, as if he's trying to dislodge something. I wonder if he sniffed an area that had a lot of dust bunnies? How is the pollen count in your area today vs. yesterday (check pollen.com)? Again, dogs' noses don't typically run from allergies to the extent or obviousness that humans' noses do, but if there was a sudden change, there could be some temp. moistness. What about an insect sting? Are the eyes watering? Does all else seem okay...thirst, appetite, poos?

| Thanks for the advice! His nose isn't as runny today, but a little. He did have a really stinky, soft poo last night. It was really cold here yesterday...and we were out and about a lot so maybe that has something to do with it. |
