But, it can be caused by the breeder....if a pup is born hind legs first, unskilled or unknowledgeable breeder, getting anxious to get that pup out will pull the pup by the hind legs, instead of going with the contractions and grasping the pup gently by the body.......so many hip injuries have ocurred this way. |
