| Oh good, I'm glad you were able to start your own thread. As I mentioned before, Ol'Roy is about the worst you could be feeding him. Here's a sticky that rates different kibbles. Good luck! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...ing-chart.html

| How old is he? How much doe he weigh? What was the breeder feeding him? Put some karo syrup in his water so prevent hypoglycemia. You can give him boiled chicken, also try some canned food. Canned goats milk and baby rice cereal with canned pedigree for puppies mixed in. |

| My 3 eat Royal Canin for Yorkshire Terriers. They make a puppy food too. You can give your pup NutriCal licks. It comes in a tube like toothpaste. It helps to not have sugar lows and can boost appetite. Change the food slowly by mixing in little by little until you've completely replaced the former food. |

THERE'S ROYAL CANIN FOR YORKIE BUT IS ONLY FOR 10 MONTHS AND UP. SO I GOT THE ONE THAT IS FOR PUPPYS 2 MONTHS AND UP IS THAT OK FOR HIM |

Some people put in supplements and or fish oil. Then the type of shampooo and conditioner can also help.

I use & love Minksheen shampoo. Another I'd recommend is Biogroom (this is usually available locally and now Petsmart carries it). Biogroom has a great conditioner called Silk Conditioner, and be sure to get a tearless shampoo.

| Yes, the puppy one is good until 10 months and then gradually add a little more and a little more of the Yorkie one until the puppy one is all used up. I leave the food out all the time for mine and they never over eat not are they over weight. They nibble which is good so they don't become low on blood sugar. |
