| YT Addict | Hi and welcome to YT. Maybe it will get better now that she is not a shut in. Be patient and when you see her licking something not desirable give her a toy or something else to lick. Her own favorite blanket that she can lick and when she starts licking something you don't want her too just give her the blanket or something else. It may take some time and patients but I think it will help. Again welcome to YT glad to have you hear.

				   | Sophie licks anything in sight too! Pillows, blankets, etc. I always give her something better, but it is strange! |

				   | Ahhhh! I was going to post this and ask the same thing! Lillie is such a little licker! I mean, EVERYTHING! She licks the floor, sticks, mirrors, fingers, you NAME it, she licks it. Its funny too because my fiance and I renamed her "Lillie Licker". She's my first pup so I'm relieved to hear that it happens to others too because I'm like "She's gonna lick something nasty and get sick!" Jonathan always tells me "It's what dogs do!!" Lillie also sniffs CONSTANTLY. Even when she just goes to the bathroom, she sniffs, sniffs and licks everything. When I take her outside, I'm out there for an hour and a half until she does her thing because shes too busy lickin' or sniffin'! |

				   | Yup, Biscuit is also a licker. For the past few months I've been trying to distract him while he licks... it has only slightly improved things |
