I have a vet problem the vet that i go to told me a week ago that my female was having false preg. and did a x-ray showed me that there was no pups i did not no what i was looking at and took his word last night my female gave birth to a 8oz. baby boy there fine but should i go back to this vet

Yea I would or just call and explain that he may need to go back to school obviously he missed something. Glad to hear everything went well and the puppy and mother are doing great.

Thats terrible! I wouldnt but I am not a breeder and know if it is common for the pup to be hiding where maybe the vet couldnt see it. Congrats on the new pup. That had to be some surprise for you

2 month ago , I didn't know what was happening with her

, but the vet check her out and took a x-ray she was fine and NO puppy. and she was right.

So I would call that Vet and send him back to school and tell him to buy a new x-ray machine.
Since the baby came so soon after, he should have seem it. It was big enough. Unless he show u someone's else x-ray and charge u for one. I would get a new Vet.
