| Trouble with Eukanuba? Hi everyone, I 'm relatively new to the board, only having posted a couple of times. Anywhoo, recently my Chewie (3 months) started having diarrhea with blood and mucus in it. Well, I took him to the vet immediately, fearing some serious problem. Well the vet asked if I had recently switched his food, and I said yes because I had switched his food only a few days earlier. I started feeding him Eukanuba small puppy bites. He seemed a little finicky over it, but ate it when he got hungry enough. Well, it's been two weeks since then and his poop is stilly yucky. He has another vet appointment on Friday, which I'm going to bring this back up to the vet. But back to the point, I switched his food yesterday to the free sample of Science Diet puppy formula that the vet gave me last time I was there and his poop seems to be getting solid again. My question is, has anyone else had any problems with Eukanuba getting their pups sick?? I think I'm going to stay away from the Eukanuba anyway, but just interested in hearing if anyone else has had any problems. Thanks! |

| My dogs were fed Eukanuba as puppies. But when I got them, I switched their food right away. I've heard that Eukanuba isn't the best brand for our babies.

| I fed Cowboy Eukanuba. He didn't have any problems with it. He just doesn't eat it very well. That is what the breeder had him on. So I have switched him to Iams.

| Guess it's just my Chewie then... Thanks for the input everyone! Guess there's something else bothering my little Chewie then. Hope the vet can figure it out this time! |
