				   |      Yes!  We started feeding raw about 3 years ago.  My oldest Yorkie was 12-1/2 years old at the time and we've seen the biggest difference in her.  She went from being an old girl back to her mature adult self and she's still doing well.   We have been grinding our own using the Dr Ian Billinghurst recipe, but I'm tickled to hear that Petco is offering a pre-made version. We feed a ground mix of meat and veggies with some supplements and eggs, etc. mixed in one meal and raw chicken wings the next. We've raised two litters of puppies using the raw diet and have had all excellent stifle joints (free of luxating patella) and beautiful excellent teeth. Glad to see this thread and thanks for the info about the new food. CJ  |
