| skin crusts Since March '09 my 11 yr. old female has developed dark patches on the inner surface of her ears that develop into blister-like bumps, then become crusty. The crusts fall off and then redevelop. Has anyone had a similar problem? My vet is puzzled. lhvogt@hotmail.com Last edited by lhvogt; 05-02-2009 at 10:30 AM. Reason: added emaiol address |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I've never heard of that before. My female has little bumps on the inside of her ears, but they are tiny tiny and they don't itch her, im wondering what they are. They also don't crust like you say, they are barely noticeable but i notice everything so ive seen them.

| Sounds like a yeast infection to me. Let me dig up a link for you that was posted here (I bookmarked it) with dermatology pictures on it. If you go to the FAQ section on there, you can see different skin issue pictures and try to find something similar to your baby's problem. Hope it's cleared up soon
