Do your vet's get you to sign a waiver before they put your babies under for surgery? |
I've never been asked to sign a waiver, and I had a Yorkie would had two fairly serious surgeries. |

The other clinics I've used since then never had me sign anything before the procedures. |
I was wondering about this. At the clinic, which is the only one where I live. They get you to sign a waiver, and that in itself freaks me out. I know my babies are in good hands, but it just freaks me out. |
I think it's pretty much standard here in the UK - just like a consent form for humans in hospital. |
Yes, I had to sign a form for Thor's dental cleaning. It was quite extensive, so they put him under. I think it's standard here. |
I always had to sign a consent form when the little ones went for surgeries . |
Absolutely. It is informed consent to anesthetized and if a vet's office didn't make me sign one, I'd question it. |
no but theres always a chance something could happen under aneth highly unlikely but some could have a reaction |
