protein c no I haven,t had a protein c test done yet. I asked the vet at the animal hosp. about this and she said that she didn't need this. This is why I am concerned they have better equipment etc. as my vet is just a country vet but does not hesitate if I insist on bloodwork and things being done, where she just dismissed my suggestion of this test. I will not put her on this drug unless it really calls for it and I know she will be ok to do so. I do not have a lot of money etc. and I work so I am not here all the time to watch her. I keep her and a smaller male yorkie I have in a crate until I get home. She weighs 8.3 lbs. and does not have diaharia or weight loss or vomiting unless she has a seizure than right after she vomits. that is the only time she gets sick to her stomach. She is 3 yrs. old and this just started in november |
my vet I forgot to add that my country vet did not want to start her on meds. until he tried diet and bloodwork first and I think I will have her bloodwork done again by him in a week or so and see if this test comes back normal too and see if she has more seizures and when etc. I am just afraid to put her on something that might hurt her more. What do you think? |
protein c I will also get him to give her a protein C test. Do you have any idea about the area of cost for this test? |
