Amanda I know....crazy! I'm not a fan but Snick is in love.

I just gave it to him for a bit since he took a nice poop outside and he is chomping away. I called to him and said "Snick, can Mommy have some?" He got up moved farther away and then looked at me and basically said "Hell to the no Mommy!" Lol....loves it!!

I can't smell it unless I got up to it and put it up to my nose...so if you're gonna do it...go with Moo! brand..good stuff! He's had it for 2 days for about 20 min each day and has not even made a dent.

So I decided to order some bully sticks and some himalayan chews online... Was getting ready to check out, came to like $22 including shipping, which I expected to go up a bit because I live in Canada, no big deal.. went to check out and the price jumped to well over $40, just because I am in Canada.. come on! I ship stuff to the US all the time and it's not that much more!!!! So now I am all annoyed because I can't find the darn things anywhere close! There is a store in Toronto that sells the himalayan chews, but I don't go to TO much and the city is friggin HUGE so it's not as though it would be a short jaunt over to the store.. ugh. Sometimes being Canadian sucks!

I found one.. finally... who would have thought Walmart would have em.. lol. They aren't called bully sticks though. The one I bought is called Roll Over and they only have them in the 11" size. Oliver isn't quite sure what to do with it, being so large, lol. He runs around with it mostly, but he does that with all of his treats. He is just now starting to chew it a bit and I think it's going to last him a long time, which makes me happy! It does not smell at ALL, I even put it up my nose to take a whiff and nothing. The idea of what it is still creeps me out but he seems to love it! I've been trying to take pictures but he won't stay still and my blackberry sucks for pictures of moving subjects.. will need to dig out the digital camera, lol.

Jenn....just do me 1 favor and look at the packaging this bully stick from Walmart came in (fish it out of grabage if necessary!) and MAKE SURE it does NOT read MADE IN CHINA on the back of the packaging. Look at all the fine print, and if it does say it, pitch it asap. China's meats have been linked to all kinds of nastiness, thats why products made there are so cheap. PLEASE CHECK!!

Ps...I love how he just "runs around with it"...hahaha hilarious!!

I can't believe how many of the dog food products at Target say, "Made in China", I'm really dissapointed by this.

Whew, nearly gave me a heart attack, lol! It's made in Canada, thank goodness. And that makes me sooo happy because he loves it and it doesn't smell at all. Thanks for looking out for Oliver, I will make sure in the future that I read where it's from before I buy it! He had it for just under an hour today and barely made a dent, woo hoo! I got to relax for a bit without worrying about him, it was great! And it was entertaining too, watching him run around with this stick almost as big as he is, lol.

Thank goodness!! I'm gonna be honest, but I thought for sure that it was going to say MADE IN CHINA on it. The stuff at my MI Walmart is all GARBAGE!! Just makes me sick looking at it sometimes!! All made in china and all rawhide and jam packed with by products, makes me sad. It' no wonder the general public has no clue what quality pet products are when all the general stores carry crap. Sorry to go off, but I'm thrilled to hear your Walmart carries something worthwhile Yay:)

Nancy--no kidding!! Everything is made in China. Target does have some cute toys and clothing though. I made my way to this pet supply store I have been wanting to visit and the ONLY thing quality they had was TOTW and Wellness food. NOTHING else, and this place was BIG! Bummer!

Still, I didn't have too much of a problem with Bailey trying some since everyone's babies love them so much. I ordered 2 from dog.com while I was putting in an order.

But OMG the ones I got smell so bad! She only had it for 5 minutes last night, and she loved it, but I was sitting next to her eating so I couldn't take it! Even after I took it away her face and paws smelled! It smells like nasty fertilizer. So gross! I spent $5 on the 2 I ordered but I don't even know if I will ever give them to her again.

Maybe we will have to try again with the no smell ones, but to me the smell is far worse than knowing what they are. :shocked7q

I've heard nothing but good things about the seller on here, username AMD and is website is westbrookdog.com! I ordered some, haven't received them yet, but they're GREAT deals right now and apparently no smell!!

Just ordered from there, and I got 4 bigger bully sticks WITH shipping for less than just the 2 smelly ones from dog.com!

I order my Bully Sticks from AMD and Piper loves them. The sticks don't smell at all.

I know this is old, but I just gave a stick to Dud and Dex, Dex's breeder gave me two....Dex had one before I got him. Dud was ok with it, BUT are they really made from bull penis???? Is that why they smell like BS???:rolleyes:
