| Neutered Nuts (NOT for the squeamish) When we had Nikko neutered, I asked them to save his baby teeth for me. Joking (I think), my DH asked them to save his lost manhood parts too. When we went to pick Nikko up after his surgery, they handed us a little formaldehyde filled jar with two canine teeth and two testes. Yikes! If you have ever been curious about what they look like, here is a picture I took. Now I just have to figure out what to do with the container. I wanted to keep his removed baby teeth, but I'm not so sure I'm OK with watching testicles float around next to teeth every time I happen to see the jar. Ew! NikkosNuts.jpg Lauren & Nikko |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | OMG That is both crazy and funny! Funny that your husband jokingly asked for them to be saved and funny/crazy that the vets took him seriously Is your vet a male? Maybe it's a man thing...understanding the desire to save them. LOL

| Ewwwwwww lmao. I could have gone all day without seeing that hahaha. Yea I don't think I could keep the uh... uh... snipped manhood? Teeth yes, testicles no. I have one of Chip's baby teeth. I found it laying on the bed one day and he was about to try and eat it and I dove for it (litterally) and saved it.

| Don't laugh! At the clinic I used to work for years back, we had a pretty eccentric client who had come up with his own religion-- He explained to us that because of the tenets of the faith that he had decided upon, he felt very strongly that EVERY part of his pet should go with it to the afterlife so that when they were reincarnated, nothing would be missing. So whenever we removed ANYTHING from his cat, we kept it for him and sent it home. Her ovaries, her teeth, a tumor.-- everything! He planned to bury all the pieces together. Your doctor might think you have some reason for wanting those.
