| HELP!! My baby has loose stools My baby is 9 weeks old. I got him 9 days ago and he was eating Diamond Puppy Food. I heard that this was not a good food so a couple of days after I got him, I switched him to Natural Balance. For the first 2 or 3 days I mixed some of his old food with his new food and now I'm giving only his new food. He has been eating and drinking really well and seems to have a lot of energy but for the last 3 to 4 days he has been pooping 6 or 7 times a day. It is not watery but is really soft and yellow in color. Is this normal? Do I need to change his food again? Does he need to see a vet? Please help!!

| I think you can try to give him a tablespoon of canned pumpkin to help his stools harden. I think its normal to have loose stools when switching foods, just keep an eye on him, make sure he keeps eating and drinking and his energy levels are normal. It might just take some time for his system to adjust to the food. Maybe someone else will have better advice for you!
