| which is worse? We have three yorkies, two that are a year old and one that is a puppy. The puppy eats the adult food and the two older ones eat her puppy food. I want to just get one food to solve this, so which is better for the adults to eat puppy food or for the puppy to eat adult food? The pup goes to the vet on Saturday and I will ask then but I just wanted to get some opinions. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | First, I'd want to compare the guaranteed analysis of the foods - that would affect my decision.

| It is easier to feed one food that is for all stages of life. I feed Canidae but if you have to choose between a puppy food and an adult food then I would go with the puppy food for both puppy and the adults. |

| I would try for an ALS food also but if none of those will work for you, I would feed the puppy food. However, your adults may gain too much weight on it.
