| Can someone help with me fat content in liver We are ordering a napsack from Chattiesmom (WOOHOO) and they come with yorkie yummies- Layla is allergic to chicken so we can't get those but they also come in beef liver and so i need to know does anyone know the fat content of liver???? |

| One ounce of beef liver has approximately one gram of fat. Chicken liver is a little higher. It is very high in cholesterol. I don't know if I would chance it with Layla's issues. I am sure someone else will have a better idea though.
