| Yogurt as a snack??? I see alot of you mentioning yogurt for a snack. Does it have to be plain vanilla or can it be flavored. Anything I need to stay away from? |

| Stay away from any that artificial sweeteners. I prefer to buy Stonyfield organic low-fat PLAIN yogurt and then add my own fruits to it.

| try and get plain.. but it's hard... so vanilla is good. I use Activia because it has pro biotics. Layla had a sick tummy yesterday and the yogurt really helped. |
