| I do believe it is normal for a pup to sleep/nap alot I think doggies need 14 hours of sleep or more...Sammi still sleeps from 9am-4pm then 8:30pm-6am and she is 20 months...

| WOW, I wish I could get one of those schedules! I am at work all day so God only knows exactly what Roxy and TJ do in that time. I do get a glimpse on the weekends and they seem to sleep from about 9-12 and then a little more maybe 1:30-3:30 (all depending on what I am doing) and then they don't go back to sleep until about 9:30 but only until 10:30 or 11 and then I bring them up to their room and I finally put them in their crate at 11:30, but they are up and ready to go at 5 am. OH HOW I WISH they would sleep until 6am... Should I just leave them in their crate until 6am when I want to get up or is that mean? |

| I would say that that seems normal. I got Deegan when he was 9 weeks old, and he did sleep alot too. It seemed like he was awake for an hour, then slept for 2-3 hours and repeat. That was his life throughout the day. Cherish the quiet time, 'cause in a few weeks he will be bouncing off the walls with no naps, and no rest for you! Just like a kid! Hehehe!

| I am glad I am not the only owner whose yorkie sleeps alot. People think it is so funny. I could bring her to a rock concert and she would be unphased ( i never would though). I was worried at first, and I posted about my concerns. People replied to me and said that it was a blessing. I am sure in 5 omnths from now, Princess will be loud and nuts!! |
