| Why is my Dog's hair changing color? when I got one of my yorkies, she had a food allergy and it turned her hair white.. when we found out about her allergy we were told to feed her a special food and her hair began to grow in black but now it's starting to come in white again... Also, I've noticed that my other yorkie that has always been black is coming in light silver.. is there something we're doing wrong with their coats? |

| It is normal for your Yorkies' coats to change color as they get older. This explains it. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...rt-thread.html |

Bella turned really grey on top when she was younger now she hardly has any grey on her head. Her body is Black and her head and legs are tan. she also went thru a few months of the really coarse white white hairs came in on her rump..now they are gone! | |

| so it's normal even though my dogs are adults? that's good to know because we were getting worried that they had become allergic to something else. Thanks! |
