My lil Bentley got neutered yesterday so lately he has just been laying around the house and sleeping! Anyway when I picked him up they said that he had some tartar build up. So today I was gonna go to Petsmart and get some supplies for brushing teeth. I planned on getting the finger toothbrush and the Enzymatic Toothpaste from Petrodex. Does that sound good? I was comtemplating the petrodex teeth cleaning pads but I didnt know if that was like a nessicity or not. If you could let me know wether these are the right products or not that would be great! Thanks!

Winston loves to brush his teeth. I got the set Triple Pet Dog Toothbrush and Tooth Paste. It's vanilla flavor. When I groom Winston I bribe him with "brush teeth" and he'll stand still for me. Most of the time all I have to do is hold it and move the brush around. I went ahead and got a small children REACH soft toothbrush and go over it once he does it himself.

I saw a spin brush for pets the other day. I am going back to get it, I don't know if the noise will scare them too much, but I bet it cleans real well. Tinkerbell and Chloe both love to get their toothbrush and run off with it and chew on it. I let them, I figure it'll get the back teeth pretty clean and I don't have to fight them.

I started with a finger toothbrush but switched to a regular toothbrush--it works better for me...

I also started with a finger brush and then switch to the regular one. She still hates it but I brush her them anyway. I try the motor brush and Gucci hates it, i think is the noiseof the motor. I think you can also get the liquid tartar remover that you add to the water. Good luck.
