|  Whipworms!!! So the vet called today and Chance (our new rescue) has whipworm!  They gave me medication and told me to give him one pill today, another one in three weeks and then they would recheck his stool three weeks after that. Has anyone else gone through this and was your outcome good?Thanks for any help you can offer! Amie

|  I am so sorry for Chance, He is going to be fine, Just follow the medications accordingly, My friends dog had it and now he is better. Dogs become infected with whipworms by swallowing infective whipworm eggs in soil or other substances that may contain dog feces. I dint know that The whipworm is one of the four most common intestinal parasites of dogs. Sending Prayers for Chance.
