|  allergies to grass How do I know if my baby has allergies to grass and outside things? Today I took the pups out and Smokey came back in coughing and sneezing. How do I treat allergies? Should I give him some children's benadryl and how much? He's 13 lbs.

| hmmm I am not sure...I am starting to wonder if my dog is allergy to grass coz he is starting to nip his paws a lot these days and he didn't do it before. There were no fleas on him, no dry skin so I am not sure why..hopefully someone will answer your question soon.

| Is your dog hacking at all? Does he wheeze? If your dog is allergic to outside things like grass and pollen and he coughs, hacks, wheezes, then it's important that you take him to the vet...They can prescribe a certain type of cough medicine and a bronchial dilator if they think your dog may have asthma...

| IfI take my doggie out for a walk on the grass after it rained, he always gets red circles on his belly and chest. My vet told me that this could also be allergy... or mite bites....  |
