ive been wanting to put Avery on a supplement also.. im going to check out the ones suggested. thanks for the info everyone.. AND I HOPE YOU GET DELILAHS SITUATION FIGURED OUT! :)xo.

Great thread. I have mine on SynoviG3 - Roxy had LP surgery and she needs to have one leg done again b/c it is reluxating. TJ's legs used to 'click' all the time, but since they have been on the granuals, I don't hear or feel them click that often. They both go for a check up next month and I can't wait to hear what the Vet says :D

I have also heard great things about Synovi. I'd stick with that, Glycoflex or Cosequin.

Of course, it's not going to fix a grade 3 or 4 luxation, but it will help with arthritis.

Just an update. I did go with the Cosequin and since I started it I have not heard Delilah's little joints making the popping sound once. Guess it is helping. I only give her half of one daily. She never acted like she was in pain, I just heard her little joints pop when I would pick her up. She sure is young to be having the popping joints.....I on the other hand expect them! Wonder if I could take the Cosequin? lol

I would reccomend taking her to the vet. She sounds like she for sure has luxating patellas (spelling??)

She's not too young, unfortunately. Luxating patellas are usually genetic so she would have been born with them.

Has your vet ever checked her knees? It's very simple to tell if she has them or not.
